Rosana

Rosana is a Redguard publican who owns and runs Rosana's Tavern, a drinking establishment at the southern end of the Imperial City Waterfront District.

Rosana is a fixture at her tavern. Aside from the time she sleeps (4am to 10am), she can be found behind the bar, serving customers or offering up the latest gossip. She eats dinner from 4pm to 6pm.
