Mystra Lythandas

Mystra Lythandas is a Dark Elf publican who works at the Black Flag Tavern in Anvil Bay.

Mystra dresses nicely in a burgundy linen shirt and skirt and green velvet shoes; she carries several apples, bread, ten bottles each of Surilie and Tamika 415 wines, and two bottles each of Surilie and Tamika 399 wines.

Mystra rises at 10am every morning and works all day at the Black Flag Tavern, finally getting to sleep at 4am.

Mystra, like Nerussa (the publican of the Wawnet Inn) is a collector of fine wines. The first time you talk to her, she'll say: "You look like the kind of person who enjoys a fine wine! I bet you're not satisfied with your regular cheap and nasty, over the counter vintage, you prefer something with class!" If you inquire further, she elaborates: "I collect expensive bottles of wine, and sell them at very reasonable prices, to sophisticated individuals such as yourself, someone who can truly appreciate the beauty of a fine wine.
