The Imperial Service is a government building in the Talos Plaza District located beside the gate to Green Emperor Way.
The ground floor has two sets of counters facing each other. The upstairs is a pair of offices; a set of stairs leads up to a smaller office with two desks. The basement is a single room with small desks along the walls and a large one in the middle.
