Better Cities:Diplomatic District

The Diplomatic District is home to families and individuals from the other provinces, who either need a house for an extended but limited stay in the Imperial City, or who are waiting for a house to be available within one of the inner districts. Houses encircle the Diplomatic Hotel, and at the back of the district the Public Bathing House is available to all who dwell in the Imperial City.
