Veranzaris

Veranzaris is a shrine to the Daedra Prince Sheogorath, in Roth Roryn.

To find the shrine, leave the city of Andothren via its westernmost gate, and walk northwest.

Veranzaris itself is host to the irate Golden Saint named Issmi, and several hostile worshipers of Sheogorath who will take issue at your presence. Issmi will not have a problem with their deaths of her lord's followers, but will defend herself ably if attacked. She is an integral part of the quest A Nirn-Bound Saint, being able to intermediate with Sheogorath on behalf of her trapped comrade, Kaari.

One item worth taking from the ruin is a Scroll of Summon Golden Saint, found within the Manic Library next to the statue of the Madgod.
