Dark Moon Grotto is a small cave located in the center of the larger cave system of the same name, within Blackreach: Greymoor Caverns. It is also known as the Dark Moon Refuge.

A group of escaped refugees from Greymoor Keep, mostly comprised of werewolves, is found here. The werewolves were asked to leave the hideout after a strange disease began infecting some werewolves in the area and causing them to go feral.
