I'm sorry about all the bloody editing. I'm trying to follow directions accordingly and am having no luck. Please bare with me. Inscriptions

I believe the inscriptions around the edges of the box (going clockwise) read "Dres--Indoril--Telvan--Dagoth--Hlaalu--Redoran" (the 6 houses) Should this be noted? In addition, does the inscription in the center mean anything?
